Z For sampling periods with no discharge at any single outfall, you must still submit this discharge monitoring report with a checkmark here. 3The total precipitation must be recorded using data from an on-site rain gauge. Unattended sites may be eligible for a waiver of the rain gauge requirement. See General _Permit text, Table 3 or Table 4, identifying protected receiving water classifications where the more protective TSS benchmark applies. 5 Stormwater discharges into receiving waters classified as saltwater are subject to the second listed benchmark. Note: Results must be reported in numerical format. For example, do not report Below Detection Limit, BDL, <PQL, Non -detect, ND, or other similar non - numerical format. When results are below the applicable limits, they must be reported in the format, "<XX me/l:", where XX is the numerical value of the detection limit, reporting limit, quantitation limit, etc. in mg/L. Note:_ If you report a sample value in excess of the benchmark you must implement Tier 1, Tier Z or Tier 3 responses See General Permit Permit Date: 02/02/2015-12/31/2019 SWU-256, last revised 1/28/2015 Page 1 of 2 Part B: Vehicle Maintenance Area Monitoring Results: only for facilities averaging > 55 gal of new oil per month. This DMR represents a comprehensive monitoring event for chemical oxygen demand (COD), total suspended solids (TSS), non -polar oil and grease (O&G), copper (Cu), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn). In addition to the outfall, a background sample was collected for.comparison. Sample results for Outfall 001 exceeded the BMVs for TSS, Cu and Zn and all results at the background location were below the BMVs. The results are summarized below. ' Value represents an exceedance of the BMV OF 001 Pollutant Result COD 27.0 mg/L TSS 987 mg/L 1 O&G <5.0 mg/L Cu 0.0640 mg/L' Pb 0.0339 mg/L Zn 0.352 mg/L' ' Value represents an exceedance of the BMV BG 001 Pollutant Result COD <25.0 mg/L .
