Keywell Metals, L.L.C. located at 2826 Top Hill Road, Monroe, Union County, North Carolina in accordance with
National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit, with certificate of coverage number
NCG200463, is submitting two copies of our,February 2016 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR).
This DMR represents a comprehensive monitoring event for chemical oxygen demand (COD), total suspended
solids (TSS), non -polar oil and grease (O&G), copper (Cu), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn). In addition to the outfall, a
background sample was collected for.comparison. Sample results for Outfall 001 exceeded the BMVs for TSS, Cu
and Zn and all results at the background location were below the BMVs. The results are summarized below.
