Dear North Carolina Division of Water Resources,
Enclosed please find the Semi-annual Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for
North Carolina DEMLR General Permit No. NCG200468. The facility had no discharge of stormwater
in 2015. The facility inspects the site during rain events to verify there is no discharge. Stormwater is
directed to a low area on the property where it infiltrates and evaporates. If you have any questions or
