I haven't been able to get in touch with Jennifer Frye from the USACE. I still don't see how it. will be possible to use their present plan of preserving the coastal wetlands nearby. Looking at this site solely from the impacts associated with the street improvements I'd advise to issue it. I'm concerned with how we're going to handle the SW requirements for the lot development though. 1993-0786v2 The Reserve at St. James Plantation - I'd advise issuing it contingent on getting approval of any needed state sw permits if they haven't done so already. I searched BIMS and there's a few phases and sections already approved. P.S. Are you issuing Parson's Mill (2007-1158 Spangler) or am I? The USACE has already issued the 404 for it. As it turns out, I'd like to go ahead with my original comments on this one....
