Attached is copy of the approval letter for the Whitford property major variance granted by the EMC. Please submit a
copy of the letter to Kelly Williams of the Division of Mitigation Services (kelly.williams@ncdenr.gov) to request an invoice
for payment of the compensatory mitigation. A paper copy of the letter follows via US Mail to Mr. Whitford.
