REMARKS:
Nationwide Permit Condition #31 (Pre -Construction Notification) (b)(3) states that the description of the
proposed project should be sufficiently detailed to allow the district engineer to determine the adverse effect
of the project will be minimal and to determine the need for compensatory mitigation.
As such, please provide the following information:
1. A copy of the stream/wetland delineation map that was provided with the jurisdictional
determination document dated March 12, 2013.
2. An overlay map showing the jurisdictional features for the entire site and the Site Location footprint
(S&ME Stockpile Area Design Location, S&ME Cell IA &Ab Site Design Location, Wooten Site
Design Location, Site Access) provided on page 1 of the construction plans.
