Zan asked if we could show that the site meets the conditions for overland flow, grassed buffer, swales, etc. Attached is a letter from Mike Randall at DEMLR indicating that the Asheville Airport Redevelopment Project (what CEC called the Asheville Airport Runway Rehabilitation, Parallel Taxiway, and Cargo Hold Expansion) was deemed permitted in 2013. The proposed modification does not add any impervious surface area to the project (the runway safety area will be grass) and the 2013 letter still applies to the project. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or if you need additional information. Thank you. Rebekah N.
