Please confirm that all activities associated with this project, including construction, excavation, and planting will occur solely on Jordan Street LLC property and that all equipment used during the project will be operated from Jordan Street LLC property. If work or equipment is to occur, or be used, on a neighboring property, the appropriate authorization must be provided to this office. 2.This office is concerned with the stability of the proposed fill slope on the outside meander bend, particularly below the baseflow elevation.
