RE: Request to purchase Stream Mitigation Credits from Anderson Farm Stream Mitigation

Dear Mr. Thomas:
We have received your inquiry on behalf of Murphy Hill Terminal, LLC to purchase 214 stream
mitigation credits from the Anderson Farm Stream Mitigation Bank, located in the French Broad
River Basin Hydrologic Unit 06010105. We have the 214 credits available to sell to Murphy Hill
Terminal, LLC according to the following terms: Purchase price of $350 per credit, with a total
purchase price of $74,900. We also require a 10% down payment of the total to be held in our
escrow account until Army Corps of Engineers approves the credit sale. Please send a letter
indicating that Murphy Hill Terminal, LLC agrees to these terms along with the $7,490 down
payment.
