II. FIELD VISIT FINDINGS:
Date: March 8. 2016
Remarks: No mitiiiation was reauired. Site visit revealed that a single culvert (approximately 24 feet
long) was installed at the permitted location. The pipe was buried, as required b.. tregional
conditions. Additionally, sediment and erosion control measures were in place and appeared to
be functioning correctly. The remainder of the site was observed and no other waters/wetlands
located on site appeared to have been filled, including a small non .jurisdictional pond located
near the central portion of the site. Solar panels had been erected around the non jurisdictional
pond.
