Cherri, I spoke with Tasha earlier this week, she said the project qualifiesfor NWP 27. There are buffer impacts which are quantified in PCN, but wouldn’t need written authorization. Do we need to revise buffer portion of PCN in anyway? Attached is the revised PCN pg. 2 with Town of Knightdale POC, and Executed Agent Authorization from the Town Manager, Hal Mason, POC. Also attached are a full set of construction drawings with planting plans, plan/profile, and detail sheets for stream work. We’ll send hard copies, etc as well. If the whole project qualifies for NWP 27, then a buffer authorization is not needed so the written authorization will just be for the 401 Certification. Also, I’m assuming that the Town of Knightdale is the applicant, but I didn’t see a contact person in the application. Do you have any kind of typical cross-section for the newly configured stream? Is there a planting plan? I don’t want to make this project overly expensive for the Town to undertake, but this kind of information is usually included at a minimum.
