RE: SW6110701—Traemoor Village
Our firm has been engaged to submit a revision to the above noted stormwater permit in order to bring
the outparcel H1 into compliance with the permit. We are not the engineers of record for the original
Traemoor Village project, nor the Starbucks constructed on lot H1 of Traemoor Village.
Traemoor Village was constructed as a commercial development with multiple outparcels set up for
future construction. All runoff from the total development including outparcels is intended to run
through an existing wet detention basin. The basin is still in use as an erosion basin at this point.
Since we were not the engineers of record for the Starbucks on lot H1, we do not have access to cad files
or full construction drawings of the outparcel. However, we have made every effort possible to account
for the built upon areas constructed within the boundaries of the project.Aerial photography and pdfs
of approved site plans were compiled to calculate the actual built upon areas of the outparcel.
Maps are attached that should help depict which areas are built upon with their respective allowed BUA
compared to the actual BUA. The Traemoor Village overall site plan with BUA calculations used for the
recent permit renewal and the site plan submitted for approval are included in this submittal package.
