We have removed the bottomless culvert from the plan and replaced them with reinforced concrete pipe. The length of disturbance has highlighted on the PDF. This plan also shows the two dry detention ponds on the site that were required by the City of Durham. The detention is for the 2-yr, 10-yr, and 25-yr rain events. Please let me know if you need a copy of our Storm Water Impact Analysis that was done for the City of Durham. However upon further inspection of their request, I see that they in fact need the geo tec report for the bottomless culverts and they also want the actual stormwater management plan complete with calculations, and supportive materials etc. I do not have the stormwater report only the figures you sent.
