Northampton SR 1522 Culvert replacment

I've reviewed your request for a Corps NW 3 permit and 401 Water Quality Certification for the emergency replacement
of a culvert structure in Cutawhiskie Creek on SR 1522 (Eagletown Rd) in Northampton County [WBS # 1B.206611; DWR
project # 20160175]. Water Quality Certification # 3883 is issued for this activity. Written approval is not required for
use of this certification provided all the conditions can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval
will be required.
Do you know if this is anadromous fish spawning waters? If it is, you might want to check with Travis to get moratorium
relief.
