Dear Mr. White,
In a letter dated November 18, 2024, you were notified of monitoring frequency violations (BOD, pH and
Total Suspended Solids) for the monitoring review period September 2024. Communication from you on
November 19 and 20, 2024, informed this office that the treatment facility observed the Labor Day
holiday on September 2, 2024, and a revised report would be prepared and submitted to DWR, thereby
meeting the required measurement frequencies (5:"week) for BOD, pH, and TSS for the week ending
September 7, 2024. On November 21, 2024, I confirmed that a revised monitoring report reflecting
holiday on September 2, 2024, was provided to the Division and has been entered into the Division's data
system.
With the receipt of the revised monitoring report for September 2024, this office has determined that the
subject facility is not in violation of the self -monitoring requirement of its NPDES permit, and the NOV
letter dated November 18, 2024, against NC0000752 is hereby rescinded.
