The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on
November 2, 2024. With the survey results, Amanda Hatcher on your behalf requested an
extension of the sludge survey requirement for the two lagoons at the Test Farm Properties, LLC
facility. Due to the amount of treatment volume available,and the rate of sludge accumulation,the
Division feels that an extension is not appropriate for the lagoons at this facility.
The next sludge survey for the lagoon at Test Farm Properties, LLC should be performed before
December 31, 2025. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
