Narrative Description of Services:
Provide Engineering Services (Civil, Electrical, Structural and Hydrogeological) to design, permit, assist in the bid process, provide
construction administration, onsite field inspection services, as-built record dwgs and start up services for the expansion of the current
2.0.MGD Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Plant to 3 MGD. Scope of work includes,one additional 1.0 MGD membrane train with
appurtenances, one additional degasification unit,extension of existing 24 inch raw water transimission main, and the development of
two(2) each deep well gournd water supplies.The proposed project is consistent with the 2020 master plan to provide additional water
services to Pasquotank County Citizens including the recently aquired Newland region and Perquimans County.
The General Conditions on the reverse side are incorporated into and made a part of this Contract. The signatures below
authorize Green Engineering,P.L.L.C.to proceed with the services.
