Management Associates.

Hi Tom,
I spoke with Scott Vinson this afternoon about the well permit for the Cherry Glade site. He is processing the application
and will send the permit by early next week. He did request some documentation for his files showing the GMA had a
contract to serve as an agent on behalf of Pasquotank County. I explained the we were a subcontractor to Green
Engineering, and the Green Engineering had a contract directly with Pasquotank County. I shared the signature page of

my contract with Green Engineering as documentation that we were under contract for hydrogeological services. He
was hoping to also have the first page or the signature page of Green Engineering's contract with the County to include
in his file. Is that something that you can share with Scott Vinson? His email address is [e-mail]
Scott mentioned that anything sent to them becomes public record, and that he did not need anything related to
financials or billing rates, etc. Just evidence of an agreement between Green Engineering and the County.
