As we discussed, I am providing a copy of the signature page of GMA's contract with Green Engineering for providing
hydrogeological consulting services on the Pasquotank County Cherry Glade well project. Green Engineering is the
engineering consultant for Pasquotank County for their water system expansion project, and we are working as their
subconsultant.
