Re: Central Cowboy Church Stormwater Application
To Whom It May Concern:
We are pleased to submit this NCDEQ Stormwater application.
Project Narrative:
The proposed project is to prepare additional gravel parking as overflow for the church
during services. The site is located on 11777 US-601, Midland, NC 28107 and is under
NCDEQ's jurisdiction and is Phase 2 tipped. Cabarrus County Lidar and Aerial images
are used for the site work and impervious determination, please see DA-DEQ for
reference. The site's post construction BUA is 13.5% and does not have a SCM for
treatment. The newly developed areas used to be farmland and will be seeded/grassed
during and after erosion control to provide a more permanent stable ground. Runoff
will disperse over the surface before concentrating offsite, to encourage velocity
control, a drop inlet collects the runoff that had dispersed between the gravel drive's
crown and releases onto a riprap apron before entering another rip rap apron of a 42"
Culvert and once again released through the Culvert's rip-rap apron.
Enclosed you will find several items:
• Two sealed set of plans
• A sealed set of calculations (Includes NRCS Web Soil Survey Hydrological &Soil
maps)
• A sealed 8.5x11 sheet of Storm Sewers showing Velocity of Drop inlet
• NRCS Web Soil Survey of approximated SHWT map
• A NCDEQ SWU Application
• A NCDEQ EZ Form
• A Copy of the property Deed (DB-PG 16968-0109)
