North Carolina Environmental Management Commission

permit to the person(s)listed below. Written comments
3-6675 regarding the proposed permit will be accepted until 30
days after the publish date of this notice. The Director
of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) may
hold a public hearing should there be a significant

Nitrogen from 25 existing facilities discharging treated
ARS EXPERIENCE wastewater into the Neuse River and its tributaries
IF BBB, A+ in the Neuse River Basin. The permit supplements
discharge requirements in the co-permittees' existing
repair ser NPDES permits.The subject discharges may affect future
1-9134 allocations in this river basin.
