The following permits have either been obtained or requires this permit to con nue the approval
process.
1. NCDOT encroachment permit to cross Haywood Road. A#ached.
2. MSD alloca on/flow acceptance of 1275 gallons per day permi#ed under MSD Alloca on
2024154 was obtained from MSD.
3. No erosion control or stormwater permi.ng required.
4. The sewer extension will be crossing an adjacent property before tying into MSD’s system. Plats
and private encroachment agreements are being prepared. These are a requirement from MSD.
The system will consist of the following sanitary sewer force main.

Because of the difference in internal pipe diameter, an equivalent length for the HDPE pipe is used in the
calcula ons. A duplex pump sta on will be installed and will collect the breakroom and onsite single
family home buildings. This system will be connected to the backup generator for the en re facility with
an automa c transfer switch. This generator is 3 phase and can run for 1 week without needing
refueling.
