To whom it may concern:

On the week on July 15, 2024, the HWRF had a mechanical issue with the cooling pump
on the UV system. Due to this failure, the lights would not run at full strength if that is
what the scada was calling for the intensity to be. Parts had to be ordered and work was
done expediently to rectify this issue, but unfortunately this caused us to fail our weekly
limit on Fecal. We corrected the problem on July 24, 2024.
