I hope all is well. I am currently reviewing the certification referenced in the subject line
above. As the permittee information changed since the permit was issued, a permit
modification was required to reflect this change. Was a permit modification done?
Please note that modifications for transfers of ownership are done in the central office located
in Raleigh.
