I hope all is well. I am currently processing the application referenced in the subject line
above. During the technical review period, additional information regarding your Fast Track
Sewer Extension permit application is warranted. As of the date of this email, the technical
review period (45 days) is paused until we receive the additional information requested.
Additional information must be received within 30 days, or the application will be returned to
the applicant.
Please clarify/correct the following:
1. Please provide the owner's name of the receiving downstream sewer.
2. The cover letter and application indicate that the wastewater to be generated by this
project is approximately 21,660 GPD. However, the flow acceptance letter states that
the project proposes to generate approximately 22,230 GPD.
