Thank you for the prompt reply. Please see my comments in blue below.
1. We will revise this to read Charlotte Water. Can you confirm this will get you what you need
for this comment?Yes, revise the page to read Charlotte Water in section V.
2. CLT Water has a flow reduction. Do I need to request this letter from CLT Water or does that
state keep a record of this document?We have it in record, but please do select the
appropriate box in section V1.6.
3. We have adjusted our flow rate on the application to reflect the retail with food prep
proposed for our project.
Per the wetland/stream consultant there is not a protected stream on our site. 404/401 is
not required. Do you need any additional information on this?This is all I needed.

Good afternoon,
During the technical review period, it was discovered that additional information regarding
your Fast Track Sewer Extension permit application (#WQ0045980) for Yardly Steele Creek is
required in order to complete the technical review. As of the date of this email, per Session
Law 2024-49 Senate Bill 166 (Section 4.3), the technical review period (45 days) is paused until
we receive the requested information. This additional information must be submitted within
30 days; otherwise, the application will be returned to the applicant, and the fee will not be
refunded.
Attached to this email is an electronic copy of the application form and supporting documents
submitted. Once you have obtained the necessary information, please submit a PDF of the
complete application package to finalize the technical review. For ease of review, please do
not submit individual pieces of information. You will be notified via email once the technical
review has been completed and a permit has been issued, or if further information is
required. When corresponding regarding your FTSE permit, please include the application
number in the subject line and ensure that any requested items are sent in PDF format.
Please clarify/correct the followin.
1. Provide the owner's name of the receiving downstream sewer in section V.
2. Complete section V1.6.
3. The amount of wastewater generated by the project noted in the application is 22,800
GPD while the acceptance letter and FTSE form note 23,801 GPD.
4. 1 see a stream within the project site in the USGS map. Could you please confirm that
the project does not require coverage/authorization under a 404 nationwide/individual
permit or a 401 water quality certification?
