Jason,
A review of the application and supporting documents for the subject application has been completed in
accordance with 15A NCAC 02T .0107. Please provide the additional or revised information for the
following comments, in order for the office to complete the review:
1. The submitted ASEA on page 3 of 5, line #7 includes an approximate total length of 100 linear
feet of 1-inch pressure sewer, but the submitted engineering calculations and the submitted
engineering plan and profile sheet indicates the size of pressure sewer is 1.5-inch. Please clarify
the size of the proposed pressure sewer to be added with this project. Please note the minimum
size diameter pressure sewer per Division Design Guidelines is 1.25 inch in diameter.
2. On the engineering plan and profile sheet submitted the proposed pressure sewer line crosses
under two(2) existing water mains and appears to have adequate vertical separation. Please
revise and label the profile to indicate the minimum vertical separation of 18-inches will be
maintained from the existing water mains and the proposed pressure sewer.
A response to the above comments is considered required in order to proceed with the review of the
application and issuance of the permit. If a complete response is not received within 30 days, the
application and supporting documents will be returned to you in accordance with 15A NCAC
02T.0107(e)(2).
Please feel free to provide digital copies of these revised documents and supporting information to me
via email along with hardcopies via mail.
