Mooresville Regional Office staff further reviewed the Notice of Violation and Notice of
Recommendation for Enforcement, Tracking No. NOV-2015-LV-0787, dated December 15, 2015. Based
upon review of permit violations this Office will not pursue additional enforcement actions against
Crooked Creek #2 WWTP for permit limit violation noted on the August 2015 Discharge Monitoring
Report (DMR). Please be advised that should noncompliance continue enforcement action, including
the assessment of civil penalties, could be taken by the Division of.Water Resources in accordance with
G.S. 143-215.6A(a) (2 ).
