Good Morning Mr. Eplin, Thank you for taking my call regarding the situation Clariant Corporation in Mount Holly encountered during Hurricane/TS Helene. I have submitted what analyses we have received for our June-December Stormwater sample through the eDMR. I am providing a copy of the letter provided to us by Pace Analytical to attach to our LaserFiche file for NCS000041. When we receive the next measurable rainfall,we will sample for COD and Phenol which are the analyses that were being analyzed by Pace Analytical in Asheville and were not completed due to the storm. While our Asheville laboratory remains temporarily closed, please rest assured that Pace® can still meet your analytical needs by utilizing one of our other network laboratories. We are also working diligently to get our Asheville lab operational as soon as possible. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we may be unable to complete analysis for some projects. Pace' apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused with turnaround times and your reporting needs. We encourage you to reach out to your regulatory authority for guidance. Please know we will be able to meet your analytical needs going forward. We will work together to resolve any issues you may have because of this unfortunate situation.
