Re: Notice of Violation
NOV-2024-MV-0091
Permit No. WQ0003299
Mr. Hall,
The Town of Seaboard received this notice of violation for weekly pH and Chlorine Total
Residual readings not indicated on the NDMR report for the month of May 2024. We have
changed the way that we monitor and record all samples pulled at the Wastewater Treatment
Plant to ensure that this matter gets handled. The Town would like to ask for and would
appreciate an amendment in this matter.
Thank you kindly,
Geraldine Langford
