Mr. Hall,
The Town of Seaboard received this notice of deficiency for weekly pH reading not indicated on
the NDMR report for the month of April 2024. We have changed the way that we monitor and
record all samples pulled at the Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure that this matter gets
handled. The Town would like to ask for and would appreciate an amendment in this matter.
