Re: Notice of Deficiency
NOD-2024-PC-0146
Permit No. WQ0003299
Mr. Hall,
The Town of Seaboard received this notice of deficiency for parameter missing on the NDMR
report for the month of February 2024. The annual Chloride sample was missing from the
effluent sample results from Waypoint Analytical, which is the reason it was not reported on the
NDMR report. The Town has asked Waypoint to make sure that the Chloride sample is included
in the September 2024 package so that we can report the results in the September 2024 NDMR
report. Then we will make sure that the Chloride sample is pulled each year in February. The
Town would like to ask for and would appreciate an amendment in this matter.
Thank you kindly,
Geraldine Langford
