Please disregard them and just provide the requesting item #1 below. I realized too late that the full Flow Tracking Application Form that you submitted came with the "Example" given on our website that includes a "Kaw Creek" pump station. The thing is, I rarely see pages 3-6 of this form included with the Flow Tracking Form and when I do, they always remove the example and give the Towns specific information. I knew something seemed odd when I reviewed a second application including the same Flow Tracking example printed out and included, and realized my error. Only the second one I've seen in years but they were back to back. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused here and once I receive a revised page 4 of 5 of the FTSE Application noting that the project is within the Neuse River Basin State Buffer Rules and that there are OR are not any potential Buffer impact concerns I hope to have the Draft Permit finalized early next week and issued out to you. Let me know if you have any questions. Please have this information submitted as soon as possible but no later than November 18, 2024. If additional time is needed, please just let me know. Please provide the following information: 1. Under Section IX. 4. This project is located within the Neuse River Basin, which is subject to Stater Riparian River Basin Rules, specifically to Bear Creek, Index# 27-72-(0.1), classification C; Sw, NSW. Please revise application as needed and submit copy (email is fine) of this revised page. Please also state within this submittal if there are any "Blue -line Streams" located on the property and if any lots, roads, utilities, etc., may come close to impacting these protected 50-foot Riparian Buffers, especially if any lots might have impacts when needing to build the house, roads, drives, amenities, etc.. 2. The Planning Assessment Addendum Instructions which were submitted as part of the Flow Tracking worksheet states that CIP fundingfor the Kaw Creek Pump Station upgrade was planned in July 2014 and to have added 0.100 MGD of Firm Capacity by October 2015. Are these dates correct (and not 2024 / 2025) and if not please revise as needed. If they are correct, provide information as to why the capacity has not been increased since 2015. 3. Please provide a copy of the Town's current CIP noting all planned improvements to the sewer system including the Kaw Creek Pump Station. I have prepared the Draft Permit for this project and will review this information as soon as it's submitted to help expedite the issuance of the sewer extension permit. If there are any questions, please let me know.
