POST-CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER
Dear Financially Responsible Party:
This approval is for Erosion and Sediment Control permitting only. If your project is subject to post-
construction stormwater permitting requirements, you must have the post-construction stormwater permit
approval(State or Local depending on jurisdiction)prior to construction of any impervious surfaces on-site.
This is in addition to the NCG010000 General Construction Stormwater Permit.
Our Division maintains an interactive web-based map to help the public determine whether development
activities subject to the post-construction state stormwater permitting requirements are implemented by the
state,the local government or in some cases,both. The web-based map is located at the following link: NC
