Attached is a request for an emergency issuance of a NWP3 and 401 Cert. for a culvert replacement on SR 1522 in
Northampton County. The culvert is failing, and recent rain events have undermined part of the roadway to the point of
creating a hazardous situation. The request, PCN, location map, permit drawings, and photos are attached. Please let
me know if you have any questions or concerns about this project as soon as possible to expedite the permit
issuance. Hard copies will be mailed today.
