On behalf of Daimler Truck North America—Cleveland North Carolina Facility(DTNA), COC NCG030039,
we are providing email notification as required by NCG030000 Part E, Table 3 for a Tier 1 benchmark
exceedance. DTNA has become aware of a benchmark exceedance for Copper at Outfall 001 for a
sample collected on September 16, 2024 (results received by DTNA Cleveland facility on October 29,
2024). The DMR indicates a Copper reading of 0.0128 milligram per liter(mg/L) (benchmark for
exceedance is 0.010 mg/L).
