I've reviewed your request for a Corps NW 33 permit and corresponding 401 Water Quality Certification for temporary
impacts to 0.006 ac of open water necessary for the placement of breasting and mooring structures for work barges
associated with the replacement of Bonner Bridge over Oregon Inlet (state project # 32635.1.4). Water Quality
Certification No. 3893 is issued for this activity. Written approval is not required for use of this certification provided all
the conditions can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval will be required. Let me know if I
