Jason, we are going through a merger and eventually a name change for the Arc terminals and specifically the Selma
Terminals. Any thing 1 need to do prior to closing to give the agency a heads up? It will is more of a name change than a
change in control since the facility will stay under the .Arc terminals Holding LLC Parent. Target day is 12/21/17.

I don't think it's a stormwater pennit, as they are managed by our stormwater unit out of our Division of Energy, Minerals
and Land Resources (DEMLR).
I think this is a wastewater discharge pennit, as it was issued and enforced by us in the Surface Water Protection Section
of Division of Water Resources (DWR)...
But to be honest. I'm not sure why it's not a stormwater pennit since it is only capturing stormwater. Hopefully the folks
in the DWR permitting unit can help you with this.

The permit for this facility is actually an individual permit and not a general pennit (NC0027227). Renewal applications
should be submitted 180 days prior to the pennit expiring. Permitting is handled out of our Central Office (I'm in the
regional office). Sometimes they send out reminders for renewals, sometimes they don't.
I'd mentioned this in my inspection report letter, but Mr. Robbie Williams just notified me that he hadn't received the
letter, and it looks like a mistake might have been made on our end and the letter may not have been sent (we recently lost
two administrative assistants and we've since noticed several mailing mistakes that have been made recently). I plan to
resend the inspection report soon.

I was looking at the sites pennit and see it expired 3/31. It looks like a general permit. Have the new NOTs been
published? 1 didn't see the renewal requirements in the current pennit, is it 6 mos? If so. Til try to get it out next
week.
