Per Section D-5 of Industrial Stormwater Permit NCS000546, this email is to notify you that at Plant Allen four
stormwater outfalls had benchmark exceedances from the sampling events that occurred on September 26,
2024. The analytical results were received on October 15, 2024. The following is a summary of the analytical
results that were above the benchmark levels. A stormwater inspection was conducted on 10/23/2024 to
determine what BMP measures may be implemented. This inspection is under review for implementation. A
written letter has also been mailed to you containing this notification.
SWO01 — Tier One
Benchmark for Zinc = 0.126 mg/L Sample Results for Zinc = 0.214 mg/L
SWO16— Tier Three
Benchmark for TSS = 100 mg/L Sample Results for TSS = 130 mg/L
Benchmark for Cu = 0.010 mg/L Sample Results for Cu = 0.0109 mg/L
SWO18— Tier One
Benchmark for TSS = 100 mg/L Sample Results for TSS = 510 mg/L

SW020— Tier One
Benchmark for TSS = 100 mg/L Sample Results for TSS = 210 mg/L
