I am writing to you regarding the fast -track sewer extension application WQ0043362 Park City RV Park
(Modification). Please receive this message as a formal request for additional information.
I have conducted a preliminary review of the application and supporting documents for the subject application. In
accordance with 15A NCAC 02T.0107, please provide the information requested below:
1. Upon review of the FTA, 77 campsites with water and sewer hookups were assigned a flow of 60 GPD/site
(4,620 GPD total). Per NCAC 02T .0114(c), campgrounds with water and sewer hookups should be
assigned 100GPD/site. Please provide a revised FTA and a revised and signed FTSE reflecting flows as
described in 02T.0114(c).
Per 15A NCAC 2T .0107(e) please submit this information within 30 days.
