I am also requesting that we no longer be required to file Discharge Monitoring Reports monthly as we have not had a discharge in over 6 years. We will file a DMR if a discharge is required. The way the facility is designed this should only occur after a major rainfall event that impairs our secondary containment’s capacity. Stormwater is the only wastestream that is discharged at the terminal. We have not utilized the hydrostatic discharge however we would like to leave this in our permit just in case we need to in the future. Re: Facility NPDES NC0027227 Renewal Arc Terminals Holdings LLC Selma Terminal With our lack of discharges and the consistency of being a petroleum terminal we request the DMR requirements be waived unless an actual discharge does occur.
