I, Mitch Hayes, conducted the subject inspection November 9, 2011. Your time and assistance
with this inspection was greatly appreciated. Please find attached with this inspection the Basin Wide
System Information System (BIMS) inspection report summarizing the inspection. Below is a summary
3. The only water that is discharged from the facility is stormwater that accumulates in the
secondary containment area. Water from the oil / water separators does not discharge. The
PC-1 classification for the facility is not required. Please write a letter requesting that the PC-1
classification be rescinded. Please address the letter to James Pugh, TACU 1618 MSC

The facility consists of 2 oil / water separators, product holding tank, and a 12,000 gallon
Petroleum Contact Water (PCW) tank. Any product that leaves the covered loading rack area
flows thru the two oil water separators. Any product recovered from the oil / water separators
flows to the product holding tank and is hauled off as needed. Any water captured from the oil
I water separators flows to the PCW tank in the secondary containment area that also
contains 5 above ground storage tanks. The wastewater in the holding tank is pumped out the
same time the PCW tank is pumped out. Stormwater that accumulates in the diked area is
discharged into a small UT to Mill Creek.
I
Sincerely,
