Storm water collected in the containment dike (surrounding the storage tanks) flows to a low point in the dike and is discharged through Outfall 001. This storm water is not physically/chemically treated prior to being discharged. Storm water entering the loading rack is processed through an oil/water separator and collected in a storage tank. Storm water (petroleum contact water) from this tank is shipped off-site for recycling/treatment. The canopy over the loading rack was recently expanded to minimize the amount of water entering the loading rack. A Sludge Management Plan is not required for this facility as neither storm water process generates sludge.
