Hope you're doing well. Attached is the requested information for the letter dated 7-7-23
as well as a brief response below:
1. 15A NCAC 02H.1042(2)(g)(iv): Please provide proposed contours and drainage patterns
along the drainage divides;including the project area of Lots 1802 through 2501 to support
that all of the of the proposed built-upon area is being collected and treated. Recommendation:
In the case where the contour interval on a "topographic"map is too large to adequately
reflect the existing and proposed drainage patterns of a relatively flat property, spot
elevations and/or a site-specific elevation survey may be needed
We have adjusted the plan view on sheet 4 of 11 to show the northern lots in their entirety as well
as turning on the contours on sheet 2 and the inlet drainage plan to further delineate. As shown,
all lots are raised 18-24"above the curb and are to sloped toward the roadway inlets.2 hard
copies and one electronic copy is attached.
The following items are required to complete the application documents. Please either submit these
items along with the other requested information or,if not submitted, a permit condition will be added
to the approval requiring these items to be submitted within 90 days of the date of this permit or prior
to construction, whichever is earlier.
2. 15A NCAC 02H.1042(2)(a)(ix): Please confirm the mailing address zip code listed in Section
A.5 of the application is consistent with the office mailing address zip code on file with the
Secretary of State which is 28451.
28451 is the correct zip code. It has been corrected.2 hard copies and one electronic copy is
attached.

3. 15A NCAC 02H.1042(2)(g): Please note that the scale on plan sheet 2 of 11 provides that 1"=
60', however when scaling the center line of Collingwood Drive on the plan above,the stations
are measuring slightly less than the 100' identified. I wanted to bring this to your attention so
that you are aware of this occurrence. Please provide plans of legible size and scale.
We have checked lot lines and stations and they all checked out ok. Please advise where
it is less.

The Wilmington Regional Office received and accepted a modified Post Construction Stormwater Management
Permit Application for the subject project on April 28,2023. A preliminary in-depth review of that information
has determined that the application is not complete and that additional information is needed. To continue the
review,please provide the following additional information in a single,hard copy submittal package:

documents including calculations,supplements,narrative,and plans. Please also remember to provide two hard
copies of any updated documents per 15A NCAC 02H.1042(2).
All of the requested information listed above should be received in this Office by August 28,2023 in accordance
with 15A NCAC 02H.1042(3XaXi). Please note that only two letters requesting additional information is
allowed in the Post Construction Stormwater Program, this being the,first: If the required information is not
satisfactorily provided by this date,the project will be returned in accordance with 15A NCAC
02H.1042(3)(aXii). If the project is returned and you wish to re-submit later,you will need to resubmit all
required items at that time, including the application fee.
The construction of any impervious surfaces,other than a construction entrance under an approved Sedimentation
Erosion Control Plan,is a violation of NCGS 143-215.1 and is subject to enforcement action pursuant to NCGS
14.3-215.6A.
