Implementation Status of the Stormwater Program*

During the 2023-2024 reporting period,City staff continued to develop and improve program components required by the City's MS4 permit.City
staff completed a self-audit and gap analysis in June 2024 utilizing the NCDEQ Self-Audit template and generated an executive summary for
review by City management.During this exercise,staff reviewed all programs,conducted eight site visits,and documented that the City is
meeting and/or exceeding all permit requirements.

Include revisions to assessment of controls and any fiscal analysis revisions.Note:Proposed changes shall be submitted as part of a revised
Stormwater Management Plan(SWMP).
Following the June 2024 self-audit,the SWMP was reviewed,and minor updates made to the tabular schedules to ensure continuance and
completion of annual tasks.Significant changes to program strategies and reporting metrics were not necessary;changes are anticipated upon
issuance of the new permit.
