Hope you are doing well!

We support closing the permit after the following:

1. The lagoon is going to added to the collection system permit
2. Monitoring wells will need to be closed.

One question we have is the town has proposed to close the wells in the sprayfield but have offered to
keep to monitoring wells around the lagoon open and continue to sample. Where would that data go
since the monitoring wells would not be tied to a permit? Do we even need to keep the monitoring
wells around the lagoon (will be renamed eq basin)?
