This letter is in response to your permit rescission request received on August 29, 2024.
The Raleigh Regional Office has reviewed your permit rescission request and has determined that
the residence at 105 Breezeline Trail constructed in 2019 is using the wastewater treatment and irrigation
system.
Accordingly, the Division has denied your permit rescission request. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T
.0105(j), “the Permittee shall comply with all permit conditions and requirements until the waste treatment
systems authorized by the permit are properly closed or subsequently permitted by another permit issued
by the appropriate permitting authority for that activity.”
