PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
This residence is not occupied at present. The owner wants to
keep the permit in case he wants to rent it out in the future. The
owner lives across the road and across the creek from the mobile
home. It is reported to have been vacant for some time.
The facility appears to discharge into a small tributary to the
UT to Dan River (less than 1 / 10 mile from the larger stream). The
previous staff report had the location as being on Rock House Creek.
However, that appears to be incorrect.
The WSRO recommends the permit be renewed.
