PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The system appeared to be well maintained and operating
as designed. Please include a condition in the permit to
connect to city sewer within 180 days of availability. The
step aeration was covered (not filled in) .
The WSRO recommends that Permit NO. NC0058491 be
reissued to James and Brenda Tilley.
