The above referenced project had the irrigation and infiltration ponds inspected by Chris Thomas
with members of the Washington Regional office of the North Carolina Department of
Environmental Quality on May 31, 2024. I certify that the banks have been cleared to a level that
is acceptable to adequately monitor the ponds and their surrounds moving forward.
