NPDES Permit Number NC0058483
Alamance County
A name change was requested for the subject NPDES permit September
6, 1985 by Mr. Tony I. Wood. Mr. Wood sold lot #49 to MC.- Ronald G. 0sborn
Jr. and therefore requested that the NPDES permit for this property be issued
in Mr. Osborne's name. The permit was issued on February- 22, 1984 and
expires on January 31, 1989. The wastewater treatment system governed by
this permit is an underground septic tank - sand filter system that
serves a single family private residence. There are no apparant problems
with the operation of this treatment system.
Therefore, I recommend that the permit be reissued in Mr. Ronald G.
Osborne, Jr. 's name with all other specifications and conditions in the
permit remaining the same.
